Mega Blocks and World of Warcraft

Gabe and myself have been playing world of warcraft for over 6 years and we have been married for 7 years  and over the years we have collected a bunch of wow memorabilia. In our living room our bookcases are full of  the books and game guides and then there are the figurines that Gabe collects. Our home office is now a gaming room and we each have to have our own PC to play. So today when we were at Target  as we headed towards the check out we waled through the toy section and lo and behold mega blocks makes wow   legos. We just looked at each other and then stopped. We decided to buy a small one and threw it in the buggy. Theres a really cool looking one for around 80 dollars which we both think is crazy but i just know my wonderful hubby is such a kid at heart he cant wait to buy it. LOL. He put it together immediately.

Our Gaming room- Yes those are all warcraft posters

Its been awhile. Since my last blog post. I havent really been busy just lazy i guess. You know when you get so settled into your daily routine that you forget to see the beauty in your day to day life. I hate when life gets like that- Anyways back to my post. I am super excited to have passed my final. Yes! Insurance coding was a bit harder then i thought. I was sweating bullets and so nervous the day of my exam. Thankfully i passed. Summer is upon us and i sure do miss having a swimming pool. I picked up a new book- I plan to spend my lazy sunday reading this on my porch. i used to love love love reading and then a few years ago i just stopped. I cant remember why but i felt i needed to pick up a book- instead of something wothwhile i picked up this:

I have been watching the client list. This show is so much fun. I am not usually one for TV but I have always been a fan of Jennifer love Hewitt.

Also I entered a makeup contest. Now i love to collect makeup just never been any good in applying my makeup. But i follow a blog that just kind of inspires me to try these things out. So i entered. Ill post my look. The them was color block eyes. Im not one for really dramatic makeup but i think this look is wearable. I wont know and dont expct to win but it was really fun to try this look on.

Oh yeah the last thing i wanted to write about was my new cooking skill ;) I learned how to make mexican shrimp cocktail. It was my first time trying it and i think it came out pretty good. I didnt take any pictures sadly- I will next time though.

Aldo Beeks- I love these shoes.

I ordered a pair of booties from Aldo and I am in love with them. They are super comfortable and go with just about everything. The heel is very small but really cute tucked into jeans and look a bit nicer then flats- I am considering getting these in black too

So on Sunday we got up super early and went to one of our favorite places. San Pedro. Its not the fanciest place but its really cool and always crowded. We ordered shrimp fajitas and margaritas. Awesome breakfast right- If i wasnt allergic to lobster id have had that as well.  Its not something we do often but its super fun
This is the view from our seats whiles we ate

Since we hadnt been there in so long we decided to take a 2 hour boat ride just for fun- why not?! lol
We explored the rest of the harbor while we waited for out boat ride-

I  love the ocean and growing up in California draws me to the water- If i ever feel overwhelmed or just need to clear my head the ocean will work every single time.
